Sperm donors are screened for genetic diseases, given a semen analysis and interviewed about their lifestyles, alcohol or drug usage and number of sexual partners.

You can come to our clinics for surrogates or donors OR you have a choice of inviting prepared surrogates and donors to your country based on your specific needs.

Online Donors Database
You have access to an online database to review and research donors and surrogates profiles and photographs before making an informed decision.

Surrogate Mothers
We require that our surrogates be in a healthy and physically fit condition, over 18 years of age, genetically screened, non-smoking (includes passive smoking) and of a sound mind.

Georgia’s Fertility Treatment Laws
Egg donation, sperm donation and surrogacy has been legal in Georgia since 1997. Surrogate mothers have no parental rights over babies they give birth to for the purpose of gestational surrogacy. The couple or the single mother is the legal parent of the child born from a surrogate mother.

No consent from the surrogate is required. Even if an embryo was donated, the surrogate mother or donor has no parental rights over the child. The child’s birth certificate will be issued immediately after birth and the couple or single mother will be registered as the child’s parent on the birth certificate, not the surrogate.
